When we stand again
on shore of the holy lake of Saimaa
against us winds of the past blow
that lake which depths no one knows

In black and windy night
upon a grave of my kingly ancestors
lightning cuts the blackness of the sky
sets its light on the last banner blowing in the wind

Human dreams scream to moon
like a vulture in a rainy dark night
how much I want to reveal the second
dark side of the moon
forever covered for the human consciousness

Night by night I gather the keys to next chambers
of invisible fortress of mind
innocent cry from the abyss of time
disturbs the silence
and make me feel pain in my heart and soul again

But today alone I sat at the bottomless lake
opening the next chambers of invisible fortress of mind
night is ending, last drops falls
tears like black dew
morning mists fall
someday, maybe I will reveal the secret of human mind
