Tired Of Just Wandering

Masters Apprentices

When a man he reaches the crossroads of his life
Then he looks around for shelter and a place where he may land
For he's tired of just wandering, tired of just wandering around
He has worked with his hands in cities and towns without a name
He has loved a rich man's daughter and fought beside a fallen son
But he's tired of just wandering, tired of just wandering around
When he's tired he will lie beneath an old gum tree on grass
And he'll dream about the girl he left so far behind
While he dreams about someone far away the night gives way to day
And he looks down on the road ahead and turns the other way
For he's tired of just wandering, tired of just wandering around
